Arctic Glacier Cooperates Fully with Related U.S. Department of Justice Investigation
Winnipeg, November 25, 2008 – Arctic Glacier Income Fund (TSX:AG.UN) announced that its
operating subsidiary, Arctic Glacier Inc., was notified today that the Civil Division of the United
States Department of Justice is investigating whether the Company has violated the False Claims
Act by entering into allegedly anticompetitive agreements that may have affected sales of
packaged ice to the U.S. federal government. The Civil Division’s investigation is related to the
ongoing investigation by the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice into possible
antitrust violations in the U.S. packaged ice industry.
The company is cooperating fully with authorities in the course of this investigation.
